Experience a special sequence designed to help you break the patterns of insomnia, and set yourself up for a restful sleep. You’ll be guided through a combination of calming yoga asanas/postures, passive stretches for tension release, breathwork, and a meditation. Reservations required $25 members/$40 non-members.
