I’ll teach you what mindfulness meditation is, why it reduces stress, and how it supports optimal health.

You’ll be guided through basic techniques as well as some that will engage your springtime senses, so you can try and experience the benefits on your own.

This session is open to beginners as well as those looking for continued support with their current meditation practice.
