When we’re athletic, and use our arms overhead to play tennis, swim, & surf, the upper traps and other muscles of the shoulders are working hard to support movement. Too much tension can lead to pain and strain in the neck, shoulders, and wrists, as all of the tissues are connected. This session will teach you a series of stretches you can use to help release the gripping, move better, and get a more restful night’s sleep. Join me as I teach you a little anatomy and how to stretch to:
