Cultivating a Gratitude Practice

Gratitude can help release stress, boost your mood, and enhance relationships. It has been studied, and is linked to many health benefits like better sleep and decreased blood pressure. When we incorporate it into our lives as a regular practice, it can lead to more joyful living and a positive outlook. Whether you’re new to or want to rekindle a gratitude practice, this special holiday session will get your started.

The hour will begin with calming yoga postures, breathwork, and a guided meditation to elicit a sense of inner peace and calm (no experience necessary). The physical practice will be followed by a few playful creative activities designed to help you positively connect with yourself, others, and the world around you through the practice of gratitude.

All props and materials are provided, and you'll be surrounded by the upbeat and enthusiastic energy of the community at Pierpont Racquet Club.
